We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, our return and refund policy makes the process simple.

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards and downloadable software
  • Selected health and personal-care products

Proof of Purchase

All returns require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In specific situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company—posting times vary.
  3. Finally, contact your bank; processing times can differ.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email info@hajisahib.com and send your product to our return address (see Shipping Returns below).

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
